1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "57bd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 57bd platform at 57bd.io.
• "Platform" means the 57bd website, all associated pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and any services accessible via 57bd.io including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, and Finance / Wallet features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the 57bd registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated in-platform balance held in a Player's Account and managed through the Finance / Wallet section.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "BD T" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on 57bd are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals.
• "Business Day" means any weekday (Monday through Friday) observed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), excluding public holidays.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 57bd Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By accessing the Platform you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 57bd enforces a strict 21+ policy. Players who are under 21 years old are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using 57bd.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 57bd or had your Account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a 57bd employee or partner organisation involved in the operation of the Platform.

57bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. Where a Player is found to have been under 21 at the time of account registration, 57bd will void all wagers placed and return the original deposit amount, less any bonuses received.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the 57bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 57bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers, and forfeit any Account balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 57bd may rely on the information you have provided when processing withdrawals and verifying your identity; providing false information may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security and Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 57bd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 57bd immediately at [email protected]. 57bd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 57bd requires you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and, where required, proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits). KYC documents are processed within one (1) Business Day. 57bd may request additional documentation at any time where it deems further verification necessary.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

57bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 57bd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 57bd bears no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your Account and may be updated periodically. VIP tier membership may confer enhanced withdrawal limits. 57bd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to single transactions or cumulative transaction volumes that exceed defined thresholds.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your 57bd Wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Business Day to be reflected in your Account balance. 57bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time on a Business Day are processed the same Business Day, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any account review flags. Withdrawal requests submitted after 22:00 BST or on a non-Business Day will be processed on the next Business Day. 57bd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals.

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

You must only deposit funds that you can legitimately afford to lose. The funds in your 57bd Wallet are held for gaming purposes only. 57bd does not pay interest on Wallet balances. Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and full return of the deposited amount.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by 57bd are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's dedicated terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

57bd employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering to satisfy requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of software errors or misconfigured odds, and any other practice 57bd deems to constitute abuse of promotional terms are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, 57bd reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, close all involved Accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the 57bd VIP programme is by invitation or qualification based on wagering volume. VIP tier benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, cashback rates, and dedicated account management — are subject to continued compliance with these Terms and the maintenance of qualifying activity levels. 57bd reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria or benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All wagers placed on the 57bd Platform are subject to acceptance by 57bd. 57bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a wager is placed after an event has concluded, where odds have been published in error, or where the size of the wager exceeds applicable limits for the relevant market or game.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, 57bd reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players' Wallets. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game categories on the Platform. 57bd's decision regarding the voiding of wagers in error situations is final.

6.3 Sports Betting — Settlement Rules

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all pre-match wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play wagers already settled at the time of abandonment will stand. BPL, T20, and other Bangladesh cricket markets follow ICC official result declarations.

6.4 Live Casino — General Rules

Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules published by the respective provider. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round will be completed according to the provider's disconnection policy. Winnings from completed rounds will be credited to your Wallet automatically upon round settlement. 57bd is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the game provider's infrastructure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating more than one Account or assisting another individual to open a duplicate Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from 57bd.
• Exploiting software bugs, misconfigured odds, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, APIs, or backend systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 57bd staff, customer support agents, or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

57bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. We encourage all Players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Finance / Wallet section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by 57bd

57bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 57bd support. Upon closure, any verified Wallet balance remaining after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) Business Days. Accounts closed by the Player who subsequently wish to re-register may do so subject to fresh KYC verification, provided no permanent self-exclusion is in place.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination — whether initiated by you or by 57bd — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside 57bd's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, payment provider outages, third-party game studio downtime, or acts of God.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

In any event, 57bd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 57bd Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 57bd Platform — including but not limited to the 57bd brand name, logo, page designs, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 57bd or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 57bd intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon Account closure or suspension.

12 Amendments to These Terms

57bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 57bd will provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or an email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless more immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.2. 13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 57bd is registered as an offshore operator. 57bd operates as an offshore-licensed platform; players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with local laws in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 57bd, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 57bd aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within ten (10) Business Days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may escalate using the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the terms of 57bd's operating licence.
